Hi, My name is Shannon and I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for over 2 years. Currently I am on meds and am going to start seeing a someone to talk to. Over the past 2 years I have tried everything! I volunteered checked into a 3 month in-patient program, I make sure I eat well, exercise, make sure I get enough sleep..etc. My depression is much better for me then it was at the beginning, but I am starting to become overwhelmed and cannot function well. I want to get better so badly that I will try anything. I found out about this program from my husbands EAP.

Hi there - my name is Rehena and I just joined today. I started the 16-week program today as well. I have experienced Depression, Anxiety and OCD for my entire adult life and at 38 years old, I am seeking a holistic method for basically feeling better and living the best life that I can...without feeling constantly dogged by the symptoms of depression and anxiety. I am hoping that CBT can help and I am exploring this via this site. So...just saying hello to whoever is out there! :)
