Hi My second day with the program and i feel good about doing it, have been searching for long for some help on te internet and here it was. I have depression and are on medication at the moment and seeing a counsellor. I have been untreated with my depression for about 10 years and now finally since a half ayear back i have started to deal with my problems and my depression isnt as bad as it was before. I really want to get better and looking for support in this group, as many of my people in my surroundings doesnt understand much about depression and ant handle me having it. hope to meet alot of nice people here
