Hi kittcat, Remember to take the program slow. For best results just work slowly though, at your own pace. You can do this. Although is a lot of work at times, many here have had great success. Don't hesitate to reach out for support if you need it, or simply stop by to let us know how you are doing. Members here truly understand what it is like to live with depression. We wish you all the best and look forward to hearing from you again soon. Casey _____________________________ The DC Support Team

Hi everyone, I've been battling depression for most of my life, but have mostly just taken meds for it and tried to "get through it". But that hasn't worked out very well for me. I'm hoping that this program can help me deal with it more effectively. I'm a little overwhelmed, since the first module talked about so many different things that can influence depression-sleep, eating, exercise, friends, thoughts, etc. I find it hard to take "baby steps" and am really hard on myself.
