hi Lady, The info in session 3 is not new to me, acctually applying it is new... and difficult! for the first time I am able to say why everything, my life seem gray. I can therefore work towards experiencing some of the other colours of the rainbow.

Moody, Check your progress tools. This will detail what you have implemented with the program and you can use this with session results to help you better assess your situation :) Josie, Support Specialist

Wildcat, I'm currently working on Session 3. This is really a lot more work than it looks like at first. My toolbox says to move on to session 4 now but I'm not sure I'm ready for that either. Session 3 has been very enlighting for me and it coupled with the other influences and changes in my life are really making me stop and think. Are you finding the same thing to be true for you? I'm finding it very, very useful. I would like to know your opinion.

Wildcat, Sorry but I'm up to my eyeballs with this packing and running around preparing to go back to Canada so I won't be able to settle down to the Session 3 until sometime next week when I'm set up; maybe later because I have so many things to do once I get back (car, doctor etc...) Go ahead without me. I'll be trying to get some work done in Session 3 but my wireless conncetion here in SA is the pits.... (Patrick)

In regards to checking back to the previous sessions: I did not read through the sessions thoroughly. When I tried to click on the session to read it again, it just summarized it. I was not able to go back and read everything. Is there anything that can be done? I feel like I missed something important.

Wildcat, Absolutely fine to go at your own pace! You can access all the information from past sessions you've read through by clicking on the program sessions tab and then clicking on session 1. Should you require further assistance with any of the program tools, please do not hesitate to contact us via the feedback section. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

Hi I read sessions one and two. After I saw session 1 disappear I panicked and printed every note in session 2 (OCD - accumulation and fear of forgetting that one word that makes the difference btw heaven and hell). I need time to assimulate ideas and sometimes when I don't get it I go on to the next idea which helps me understand the first... lIKE THE MOOD TRACKER, it looked like a bunch of gibberish and way too much paper but when I opened the activity sheet I saw a way to combine the two and have the various descriptive words on the back as a help. (activites/reactions vs moods as well as manic, hypo-manic, and depressive states) So how do I access all the info in session 1 ??? Is there going to be an electronic format - the environment and my OCD are in great need here? And the info that dissappears needs to be in a printer friendly format. I noticed that sessions are interchanged with weeks... is it okay to go at my pace? I need more than a week to understand things and do the exercises 21 times for them to be anchored as new habits... @+
