Natural antidepressants

I was looking for an alternative option - then I found this natural medicine, but you can order it only in the US, maybe Canada as well, but not sure. I did not have the possibility to order it then, but later my doctor told me, it would be anyway not effective enough. If someone is interested, I can still tell the name. I was convinced about what I learned about it on the internet.

Hi Perth! The Vitamine Shoppe is just the name of the store. I guess they don't have any where you're at. They sell all kinds of natural stuff, not just vitamins. No bother though, I'm not going to try any of them anyway.

Hi NullPointer, what I am talking about is not a vitamine... but am not sure if I may mention it here in this forum - as there are some rules what to write and what not...

They've got a whole section of this stuff over at The Vitamine Shoppe store. I was afraid to try their supplements at the same time I was taking antidepressants though. I forget what they were called though.

Yes, we can share our experiences with one another! We learn from one another and it is also important to share your success and progress. We are always here to guide you and support you. Please feel free to share what works for you and the steps you are taking to move forward and challenge your depression. Of course, we always recommend you speak to your doctor or pharmacist regarding any medications, they know your history and can help with a plan that is right for you :) Josie ___________________________________ The Depression center Support Team.

Dear support specialist, yes, these can also be herbal supplements...emotions...thinking..anything that is not chemical (not antidepressants). And of course, before taking them (if it is a product) I will consult with my doctor. I just wanted anyone to share their ideas.

Hi Madara, Not sure if you were referring to alternative therapies such as herbal supplements? Your local pharmacist may be able to help with suggestions. For anyone considering use of these products though, please be sure to consult with your health care provider to be on the safe side. Casey ___________________________ The DC Support Team
