Tingles, Welcome to the Depression Center! These things take time unfortunately but I think our program will help you. The core of The Depression Center is our Depression Program which is an interactive, 16-session cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)course. When using cognitive behavioral therapy, each person has unique goals in their treatment. Whatever your motivation, cognitive behavioral therapy is a very effective treatment for depression. You'll be assigned homework every week to complete or you can through it at your a pace that is more comfortable for you. In addition to our CBT program, we also have a mood tracker you will be utilizing. This may help you see the small progress occuring in your moods as your progress through the program. If you have any questions, click on the icon CONTACT US and send us an e-mail or you can post here anytime. Danielle _____________________ The DC Support Team

hello everyone.I'm Tingles. I'm a 62 year old woman who has had depressive episodes all my life. I spent 60 days in a mental health center and just came home three weeks ago.I am struggling because I am impatient with my progress. Drs are having trouble finding the right meds for me. I still am tired and weepy and sometimes I feel I can't live without joy. My best"friend" thinks I'm unhappy.
