BlkcubAN, Welcome to the Depression Center! I think anyone who has ever loved & lost can relate. It's hard sometimes to move on. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our site and start working through our CBT program. Also be sure to read through our forums. There are many experiences you can learn from. If you have any questions, just ask. We are always here to help. Danielle _______________________ The DC Support Team

I've been depressed twice in my life. Both times after the break up of a love affair I thought would last forever. Not sure what causes this one paticular weakness, but the sense of abandonment I get from these break ups is overwhelming. Looking for all the help I can get. Last time it took about two years to get better. So far this time I've been wrestling with it for about five months. Any advice is welcome
