Anxious / Depressed

Sometime they go togetheer for me, but other times not. I get very anxious before having to meet with people right now, so that score goes way up when I anticipate meetings, but depression is higher when I'm alone.

Hi Maggie, Not stupid, just stupid if you don't ask. Knowledge is power, right? Anxiety: Increased heart rate, increased respiration rate, tightness in the chest, thoughts of worry, shortness of breath to name a few. Doesn't have to be all of them. Depression: Recurring sadness, crying, sleeping too much or too little, eating too much or too little, low energy to name a few. Big difference between the two right? Keep scoring them individually. Don't worry too much about the scores, nobody sees them but you and nobody has to know about them but you. When your comfortable you can share with your doctor or us but until then just try not to focus on it. Remember, the more accurate the scores are the more they'll help you. Hi sorry if this is a stupid question but have just started using the activity schedule and am struggling to identify the difference between being anxious and being depressed when rating the moods. I seem to end up scoring them the same all the time so was wondering whether i should just have the one score. Also am concious of trying to be positive with the scores and make the best of situations so it doesnt feel too bad. Although think i am kidding myself at times. Does anybody have any advice on this.
