Activity schedule- is there a form?

Lefty, You can do either. The session and workbooks are all printable. If you record it in a notebook, you are more likely to go over it at anytime. This way you can pinpoint areas that you might want to work on. Hope this helps, Josie ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team.

Hi- I am new, and just completed reading session 1. For the homework- Daily Activity schedule- is there an online form to print/use, or should we just record in a notebook somewhere? Thanks-
