I am in week two now and I love the activity scheduling and goal setting. I am a list maker anyway and I love to journal. So far this program is working very well for me. I am really into it.

Anne, This a great idea. Perhaps you and your doctor can come up with a plan that is right for you. Try relaxation techniques, such a warm bath, stretching and a good book before bed. This can help you feel rested and ready for a brand new day. Josie ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team.
