Hi Gabbi!
Things here are going OK right now. The anniversary of my father's death came and went without too much trouble. We all got together as a family, and it was nice to be with my sisters and brothers and mom. I actually did better than I thought I would. Hope all is going well for you too!!!!! :)

Gabbi,
Don't you worry about a thing. I certainly understand the feeling! I'm glad you're feeling more positive. Patience is one of those virtues that don't come easy for me! But they do say that good things come... :) You certainly do deserve to have him earn that trust back from you.
Things here are OK. My sister and I finished the photo albums we were making for 2 of my other sisters and one brother using the pictures from my father's funeral. It has taken a long time, but we felt very good about getting them done. We delivered them on Saturday, so it was a pretty emotional day. Three different sets of tears. :( But they really appreciated them.
My one sister suggested we all get together on the 26th (the one year anniv. of his death) so we can spend the day together. So we will probably go to her house for the day. She lives about 16 miles from here.
Hope all is still looking up! :) Thinking of you!

Hi Kelly sorry i havnt been around for a little bit i have been stuck in the lows of depression and even though i check the posts everyday i just couldnt bring myself to reply to any.BUT today i am feeling a little more positive so hopefully its going to pick up for me again. Its just so darn hard to try and be positive when you cant feel it inside. Thanks for your support. My hubby has been really good lately i hope it lasts but i still cant feel anything for him so i suppose it will take a fair bit on his behalf for me to break down the wall i built.Im still house hunting the last one i looked at was painfully small with 4 kids i need a bit of room to move so i will just keep being patient as the saying goes good things come to those who wait.Man am i going to be rewarded ;p.
How have things been for you? I hope you are well! Thanks again for your support its comforting to know people care.Take care.Gabbi.
Sharon,
You go girl! Taking control and not letting other people's problems become our problems is not easy, but sure does make us feel better!! I'll be praying for you this coming week as you increase your time at work. Be sure to let me know how it goes! :) The day at the spa sounds wonderful! I'm jealous! You deserve to pamper yourself.
Thanks for the info on the pages, I didn't know that.
Kelly
Kelly,
Thanks for your support. Things are going well. I have decided that I can't worry about co-workers problems or let it control my life. I have taken back the control and feel stronger for doing that. Next week I will be increasing my time in the office to 4 days and one day at home. In a couple of week I am treating myself to a day at the spa. We are having a candlelight massage and a facial. I can't wait.
In regards to not being able to see your postings this has happened to me and I found out that the threaded discussion move onto a second page. At the top of the discussion there is a nubmer showing how many pages there are.
I hope that you are feeling better. Keep your chin up.
God bless
Sharon
Gabbi and Sharon,
I don't know if you got the last posting I put in, my computer is doing very weird things! I can't even find the posting I was answering from you Gabbi! :) Anyway, thanks for the support, it helps to know others understand how you feel when you lose someone so close to you.
How is the house hunting going Gabbi? Did you get to look at that house you were talking about? How was it? Let me know how things are going with you and your husband. I can imagine it's hard to show affection to someone that hasn't really been affectionate to you for a while. Hang in there, I'll be praying for you.
How are things your way Sharon? I hope things at work are better. Sometimes people are just nasty, and I'm sorry you have to put up with that. I will keep praying. Did your daughter win her ice hockey game?
Hope to hear from both of you soon!
Kelly
