Hi again Steve, Fellow members will be responding soon. It sounds like you are already familiar with cbt. We hope that you find our program useful also. We have received great feedback from our members that have used this tool. We wish you all the best and look forward to hearing from you again soon. Hi everyone, I finished 12 sessions of CBT with a counsellor before christmas but am having a hard time remembering my coping techniques. My intro is in the introduction forum. Things are starting to get on top of me again, both at home and at work and I'm struggling to fight the negative thoughts. I'm starting the program here to see if I can re-affirm what I've already covered. I'm up and down all the time at the moment and finding it a real struggle motivating myself to do anything. When I do do something I feel much better until I realise I'm feeling better and then start looking for the negative thoughts! Just looking for advice. Steve
