Hi, champ! Never dealt with menopause, but I have had depression and pregnancy and depression with menstrual cycles. Its tough. The hormones make the depression worse and vice-versa. I have found that regular exercise, sex, and evening primrose oil combined with cranberry juice daily helped with taming things due to hormones. Dunno if this works for menopause specifically, but it sure can't be unhealthy!
Hormones and depression really hurt! I have noticed that there is a monthly cycle right along with my periods that makes me more emotional, especially when I'm not taking care of myself.

hey champ sorry to hear things aren't going so well. i don't have any experience with menopause but i can understand how frustrating trying to deal with your feelings and a spouse who doesn't understand what you're going through can be. just try to remember there are people out there who do understand and feel for you!
How do you deal with depression and menopause? Somebody please tell me how to deal with these two at the same time, and a husband who thinks that I need a shrink and a pill to fix the problem and now husband wants to seperate. Help I need answers
