kendy!! oh kendy, how have you been??? ive been sooooo worried about u. i think of you often my trusted friend. i know things are so hard for you but i dont want you to feel alone. i havent been posting much because i was trying to navigate through the site and learn everything. i didnt forget you!! im ok. i have my good and bad days. i was manic for a bit but doc upped my meds and i seem to be melowing out a bit. im a tad bit more tired but i suppose that is until i get used to the new dosage. i just wanted to check in with you. please please keep me posted. i am your friend always! hugs batty

Hi Batty, I dissociate too. My doc and I joke that it's easier to list the mental illnesses I DON'T have than those I do. Just wanted to let you know that i am still here and still thinking about you. kendy

Hey Batty sorry you feel down you have been doing great lately so id have to say it has to do with not having your meds for a few days see how you feel in a couple of days after you take your meds again and if theres no improvement go back to the doc in the meantime dont worry if you feel like your whinging in your posts thats why we are here cause we all know these feelings and we all can help each other.You are not alone.Gabbi.

I can definately relate to how you're feeling, and I'm sorry you're so down. It really sucks having to suck things up and pretend, I know. I do it all the time for the people in my life that I love publicly. I also do it when I'm working because no matter what problems I'm having, I have to be a positive role model for my clients. They come to me to feel better, believe it or not! The candles and trying to replace your thoughts with something negative are a great idea! Do you have any hot tea? My accupuncturist "perscribed" a tea with valerian root along with an herbal tincture made by BACH Flower Essences. I've been using both at night for the past 4 days, and its really helping me to stay calm when I'm at home alone at night. I don't know what your particular issues are, but do know that there is hope for tomorrow. I'm getting by right now by telling myself over and over again that there is a light at the end of the tunnel

Try and relax. I know it is easier said than done. How about a long hot bath, listen to some soft music and light some candles. You are a strong person and I know you will get through this. Think positive, Sharon

Hi B, Really sorry that you're not so good. No suggestions I'm afraid but I do think it's really good that you managed to write down how you were feeling. I'm sure a lot of people on the site can relate to it. It does sound like you need to get your medication back on track. When I'm feeling really bad I just try to keep repeating to myself that I will feel better later and that it won't always be like this. good luck, Lemon

feeling not so hot today. tdoc and pdoc both think i am disassociating. i have had some time lapses. my meds have been upped and that bums me a bit. i thought i was doing so well. now i am feeling very depressed and sad. lots of random thoughts swarming. i didnt come here to whine i just needed to get some of this out. feeling very lonely and sad inside. i find myself pretending to be happy again. im sure it has to do with not having my meds for 4 days. i ran out. my script wont be ready until tonite. i wonder if that can make such a drastic change in such a sort time. does anyone know? im not suicidal right now but i can feel the same thoughts creeping up on me. anyone have any suggestions???
