Hi and welcome, Pretty new here myself and can understand the dread of more paperwork. For me it's not becuase I am not dealing with things but because I have very little time to do things. I am on my second week and have not had chance to do the exercises. I was very good the first week and am dying to have time to sit down and look at session two's materials in more detail. I think Casey's reply was reassuring don't you? We can work through the program at our own pace. I found the first week so helpful that I am determined to get back into the flow and set aside some time to get back on track. Perhaps if you view the activities from this program as something different from the heaps of paperwork and unopened mail(which is something you have to do eventually and fills you with dread). Perhaps the view that this is something you enjoy and have chosen to do and keep it separate from the rest of the stuff! In fact the first week's exercise will give you changce to record your feelings and thoughts about all that stuff which is useful. Good Luck, Moth

Hi Galadriel, Welcome to the site. It is great to hear that you have a CBT therapist. We hope that you find the program very useful in conjunction with their service. Try to work through the program at your own pace, don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to hearing from you again soon. hi all have joined the programme today and hoping it will tide me over until my first appointment with a CB therapist in 2 weeks. As one of my major mental blocks is the heaps of paperwork and unopened mail I am avoiding dealing with, I wasnt totally inspired by being presented with more paperwork for my first homework... well, I'll see how it goes..any suggestions/ inspirations from any fellow form-haters?!!
