For the first time in over 4 months, I went out for a family dinner. It was with half of the family, which was a good thing. I arrived at 4:00pm and left at 6:00pm. I am so proud of myself that I was able to go out and feel normal, well some what normal for a short period of time. I am hoping this is the first step to recovery. Sharon :p
