Hi Jan,
I can relate! I have started and relapsed so many times, I have lost count. But, my mindset IS different this time. I do not want to start over either. I want to be free. And the only way to do that is to not smoke, not even one puff.
Try again,
Why are you lamenting this nasty addiction? Try and be happy that you are not poisoning yourself. You seem to take it one day at a time, which is good. But, have that little spark of hope for the future. You are not going to craves smokes forever. I think that you are prolonging the process with the "cigarettes were taken away from me" attitude. YOU gave them up because they are disease causing, smelly, expensive, and a chain around our necks. I hate to see you so down about something that is so wonderful for you and those that love you. Try seeing the joys of not smoking.

it is so nice of philip morris to offer us a red sleeping bag, a flashlight, and a rugged marlboro man jean jacket. All their products seem to be for the Great Outdoors. Don't they know that smokers are sedentary...they sit and smoke. I suppose, once you get to your campsite, you could sit and smoke around the fire. What an advertising deception! Funny thread!

In all my 35 smoking years, Mister Ed, I never saw anything like that in the USA. That is hilarious..sad, but true.

It has happened again, guys,
I woke up crying again. This is weird. I am going to call my Dr. today. I have been taking wellbutrin for 4 years. Maybe I need to change my medication. I tried another medication a few years back, and it was worse. i felt like nothing meant anything. I switched back to wellbutrin.
I know that there is no happiness in a medication. Maybe it is normal to feel like this once in a while. Well, I need to get on with my day and try and shake this sadness.
