Afraid of losing it

Hi Surve, Welcome to the site. Here you will find many supportive fellow members who will be able to share their experiences of panic and anxiety. You must be a very strong person to have managed your anxiety so well for so long. I just wanted to ask if you have sought any medical assistance yet for the increase in symptoms that you report. If you have not already done so, I would encourage you to talk to your doctor soon. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "TOOLS" you will find many supportive tests. These tests are not diagnostic tools and are not a replacement or substitute for a physicians advice. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When youre finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We also have developed a Panic Program. This program is 12-weeks and involves the tools mentioned above. Each session is based on the previous session, so we strongly advise that you work slowly through the program and not jump ahead. If you have any questions or concerns with our "TOOLS" you can contact our support department at support@paniccenter.net. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Please be sure to post often and let us know how you are doing - and remember - you are not alone in experiencing symptoms such as these. When I least expect it!

Hi rose, Wow - you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place - no wonder you are having so many visitors. Entertaining others sure can be stressful. You can get through this though. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself. Wishing you all the best - and try to enjoy your company. Let us know how everything goes. Hope to hear from you soon, Casey ___________________________________ The Panic Center Support Specialist This message was edited by casey.duffy on 7-29-04 @ 8:00 PM

Afraid of losing it

Surve, Great to here that you have sought medical assistance. I just wanted to clarify what you mean by your last statement - I'm not sure I understand what your trying to say about being "pushed..." Are you referring to being able to open up? Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

Question For A Moterator

Hi Chanda, I had to check with our director about this issue. Unfortunately we do not save the deleted posts. Please do not see yourself as weak for having to rely on medications. This is what they are for. You are not alone in taking medications to control symptoms. If you had any concerns - as always be sure to speak to your doctor. Why are they Nights soooo tough

Hi Nicole, As rhonnie already advised - please be sure to check with your doctor first before you start to cut back on the Xaxax. It is very important to do this exactly as your doctor advises. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

I'M BACK AFTER 10 MONTHS

Hi stevo, Welcome back to the site. Sorry to hear things have not been going well for you lately. This is always hard, particularly when, as you said - things had been going well. Try to find strength from your earlier successes to help you through this difficult time. Also be sure to seek professional assistance (meds or therapy) if this helped you in the past. Be sure to post often and let us know how everything is going. Casey _____________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

email postings

To all Support Group Members, Hi everyone, I just wanted to remind all members about the hazards of posting your emails. For those of you new to computers and the internet, there exists what we call mailbots or spambots that do nothing but roam the Internet looking for email addresses to send you spam mail. Although the information you submit when you sign up is private and protected, what you type into a post is public and there for the asking. Therefore if you post your email address or real name, those mailbots will pick up that information. If you are an individual who does not like mail or spambots then please refrain from posting your real name or e-mail address within the site.
