Hi Starrides, Nonic, Catacap, sullydog, Josie, Mercy, Tresa, Heather, John, Kelly, Doodles, Not sure if there is a way to reply to you separetly or most improtantly if you will get this message, but thanks a lot for all the tips and encourgments. Witht the time differcence, I found all your messages this morning and it surely did help. Rushed in the firdge for some massive salt and sugar intake twice last evening, including in the middle of the night...Could not control it, so bad...but at least did not smoke. 1hr cardio in the gym surely helps but not for long. Let's see what day 4 brings... Please stay in touch Cheers David My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 3 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 60 Amount Saved: $180.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 12 Mins: 53 Seconds: 8

Hi Alohakeia, Kiwi, Kelly and all other fellow quitters :-) Greetings from Bangkok, Thailand and thanks a lot for your notes, which I really enjoy and motivate me!!! Only a few hours before the end of my 5th day, then the week-end and then the Heck week start !!! Can't wait. Besides that my jaws are taking a serious beatting with the gum :-) I start to feel some improvments in my carvings though besides new "rashes" I seem to develop from time to time... Will wait a few more days and see. Week-end will be at home or I even considering to come to work so that I do not think too much. For sure sports will be on the menu. Wishing you strong will power and continued NOPE Cheers and keep in touch David My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 100 Amount Saved: $300.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 17 Mins: 16 Seconds: 57

Hi Everyone, Just back from the week-end and great to see all the discussions on the screen. Today is the first day of the Heck week and I am all ready to go!! So glad I did not smoke over the week-end!! Sleeping is becoming a major issue and especially dreaming of smoking, so when I saw your great message Nonic, I though at least somehow somewhere someone as similar symptoms. Kiwi, point well taken about the gum (and good laugh too). It helps quite a bit though. Will try to leave it rest a bit I must say today I start to feel the cravings are not as strong as before, and it start to feel encouraging. I just feel I was not eating so many sweets like chocolate in the evening, destroying the 90min gym in the morning What about you guys the one who are in since a while and Kelly, Doodles and the other whom we started together, are you all doing? I wish you a good week ahead and chat soon. Cheers and thanks again for all you support it really helps a lot David My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 7 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 140 Amount Saved: $420.00 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 1 Mins: 44 Seconds: 28
