OK.
I'm asking again!
What IS a 'nozzly thing' and why don't I have one?

Yeah well. Don't all rush at once!
I found out through Mr Bear elsewhere.
Plastic water bottle with nozzle thing on the top.
Got two already!
Mr Ed. what happened to the post about the race on Bank Holiday Monday?

Well done Smitty - you're doing well.
I definitely think we should have a 'nozzly thing' parade so shall await my directions from Phil - only after a full technical explanation is circulated amongst members.

I walk the dog every day. Have done for 12 years. His capacity for walking is now reduced drastically. I have two sore feet and am waiting for a date for operations.... What other excuses can I make?
Two points though.
1. I don't think you should weigh yourself EVERY day since you do go up and down because of water etc.
2. If you have access to a pool there are good exercises you can do and the water keeps you hidden from prying eyes. There was an article in The Guardian about it yesterday so maybe you can look that up on t'internet.
KEEP SMILING

I was scared. Couldn't imagine life without smoking: being at parties, in pubs, in stressful situations and after. I decided to go for the 'cold turkey' method and actually thinned them right down to one a day for two days before. I also kept two in a box 'just in case' but they got smoked - by someone else - before too long.
Everyone has a different experience but there are some certainties: This is a great site to come to to keep you strong.
You save money.
You don't smell.
It's easy to make excuses for delaying the quit but it is almost certainly right what Freemom says. Leave it till after this big weekend but know you will do it when you get back.
Good luck

Glad you posted on here Pat - because I had no idea about the ship.
I'd heard references but didn't realize that it was something I could look forward to so soon.
Bear in a thong? Don't think I want to see that!
Packing dark glasses in case.
