hello i have drank coffee for years but since the quit i dont like the tast or smell of it,another thing is i kept to same brand of toothpast for years as well i dont like the tast of that either.
Im finding i eat more slowly and and enjoy my food more now as i can tast all the flavours, again some things i enjoyed eating before the quit i dont like now.
Sense of smell is another after a couple of days in to my quit i washing washing my hair and the shampoo was so over powering and strong and i found for a week or more i was going round deep breathing in and smelling everything it felt as if i had been reborn :)

Rhona,
like you i felt exactly the same i done nothing but cry be angry took it out on my husband and son the craveings felt so bad some days as if they were lasting all day long, keep fighting it will pass i promise you it will i have less tears now and less cravings.I smoked for 23yrs and i never thought i had the will power to do this but ive got it from somewhere the thing that keeps me going is after the first week i got to two weeks then 3 now about to get to 4weeks and i know if i started smokeing again i would have to start all over again and i do not want to go through the first few weeks again.
be strong and keep fighting :)
