Help, Please!!!

hi Tutti, thanks again for all your advice i have printed of the exercises you have posted and i will keep working at them i also done some yoga today and found that to be very helpfull and relaxing,i gave up coffee 2 weeks in to my quit as i found everytime i had coffee i would crave, i drink a lot of herbal teas and plenty of water and do not miss the coffee at all. I keep you posted on the breathing exercises :) Laura how are you doing My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 42 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 853 Amount Saved: 214.2 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 20 Mins: 26 Seconds: 9

What new taste have you discovered?

hello i have drank coffee for years but since the quit i dont like the tast or smell of it,another thing is i kept to same brand of toothpast for years as well i dont like the tast of that either. Im finding i eat more slowly and and enjoy my food more now as i can tast all the flavours, again some things i enjoyed eating before the quit i dont like now. Sense of smell is another after a couple of days in to my quit i washing washing my hair and the shampoo was so over powering and strong and i found for a week or more i was going round deep breathing in and smelling everything it felt as if i had been reborn :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 42 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 853 Amount Saved: 214.2 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 20 Mins: 30 Seconds: 34
