are you from the uk to? not many people on hear seem to be. yea there is CIN 1,2,3. i think your best bet with the traffic etc is to leave yourself plenty of time to stop if you had to, bring some good music you can sing along to in car, and when your stuck in traffic or at lights they say the best thing to do is play the number plate game, add numbers up of the 1st person number plate infrnt u or make up funny words to take your mind of the waiting in the traffic.
hopefully the meds will calm you down to, have you got ages to wait for your treatment? have you talked to your husband about it?
hey yes you do worry, its good your mum is going with you for support etc and it will help to keep your mind pre-occupied. try not to worry, i no it easier said than done but at least you going for the treatment and that the main thing and what you can do to get better. theyre so much treatment these days, were quite lucky really. cant you call the hospital and speak to them and tell them your worries, they told me to if i was worried about treatment.
see i from kent near london and the hospitals round here are very unhelpful, same as councillors etc, iv bin put on weighting list for 6mnths. praying might get more help as im pregnant. men can be so unhelpful sometimes!!
had a very panicky morning, and still feel very on edge. really do not no what is causing this. i am still doing the sessions but not as frequently maybe this would help.?
it gets you really down feeling like this all day and just having that nervousness constantly there.

i definately prefer exercise or spending time with my daughter or kitten and playing games. also i love getting up early but find it difficult in the winter, it feels brill in the summer tho and going for a jog. or when your on holiday
i find singing along to music, having the window down, have a bottle of water there to sip. also there is the number plate game you can play by making up names on the number plate infront of you silly ones, rude ones whatever you like or make up names or add up the numbers, this particually helps when you are stuck in traffic. deep breathing will help, i used to be the same pulling over about 3-4 times on about a 30minute journey. i have got better by relaxing, but still find it difficult in traffic but do not avoid it as it makes it worse as you will never go in traffic again! I LEARNT THAT THE HARD WAY

i got the rescue remedy today which is a herbal remedy for traumatic experiences, sadness, panic etc. even tho i am pregnant it is safe to take, you can even give it to animals and children, just mix a couple of drops with water. i have checked all this out as its better to do so with any remedy even herbal.
will tell how effective it is when i need it
