Hello everyone, I have just started the program and hope this will help me out alot. I have had a panic dissorder for about 8 years now off and on since I was 20 years old. The biggest problem I have now is that my doctor told me that I had highblood pressure and my blood test didnt come back that great. It wasn't that bad my blood pressure and my blood test but she wasn't a nice laddy she told me I better watch it I could have a heart attact any day now when knowing I have a panic dissorder and handing me a sheet of paper on what to eat and said good luck see you back in a few months. I was in shock didn't know what to say when she told me that my mind started to go crazzy and started thinking shoot what if I have a heart attact.. So to the point is that now since I have been on a diet and doing good the past few weeks I can't stop thinking about when I am going to have a heart attact and it is causing me to have panic attacts with no sleep at night all over again. I hope this program can help me get the thoughts out of my head so I can move on with my life I am only 28 years old and don't need to be living like this. I want to make it thourgh this without having to get back on drugs that is why I think this program will help alot.
