brain on overload

I've found too that writing stuff down (directions, to do lists etc.) really helps to keep it together. It's also helps to keep my head clear by having all the things I want to do on paper so I'm not worried about forgetting it!

Snap,

Your mind and body will go through withdrawal and changes.  Give both a rest and do some relaxation techniques, take time to yourself, burn off excess energy or simply go for a walk to clear your head.  Put some rewards into place for reaching your goals!

holy smokes!  my brain is on overload, and it's not even clear thinking!  yesterday I had a doctors apt. and I had a few other errands, I kept driving around in circles, and going the wrong way, then deciding to go another!  total scatterbrained!  how long does this last?
