This is my first attempt at stopping after I had a relapse on my smoking habits that restarted about 2 months ago. I had actually stopped for about 5 months and it all started again shortly after. I spent GBP 150 trying to quit and it obviously hasn't worked for me. Although I go through moments of knowing that I could probably stop again. So people, with positive advice please feel free to keep me updated with help and ways of overcoming those handful of cravings etc etc..
