GO FOR IT JAN!!!! Run nekkid around that beach! :p I completely think that if you're sick of chewing the gum, that it's time to go nic free. You can do this! Just do what you've been doing the last 106 days and you'll be fine! You know you can do this! I'm over here at the gates of the beach cheering you on! Crave the Quit! Ann sooner or later you are going to have to shake the nicotine. You have been away from smoking and cigarettes for a good while now and though you may have a little withdrawl experience it will not be like quitting cold turkey. Give it a go and see what happens, remember you can always chew but don't ever light up again. :) Duffis duffis's Quit Stats Since Sunday, February 13, 2005, I've been smoke-free for: 348 Days, 15 Hours, 44 Minutes, 6 Seconds. I have saved $1,461.60 by not smoking 10459 cigarettes. By not smoking I have added 75 Days, 12 Hours, 45 Minutes, 11 seconds. to my life expectancy.

I quit chewing after two days because it drove me crazy. It isn't going to be as bad as the first week. So what are you afraid of? Time to be nicotine-free, Jan! If you can get through 106 days of not smoking 2,666 cigarettes, you can do this!!
