Hi Everyone, OK day 2.. :)
I find morning coffee & checking e-mail to be a "little trigger" umm maybe habit, I remember it takes 21 days to break a habit. Last night wasn't too bad. My husband is on board with this ( he has Never smoked) he did quit drinking 6 years ago. Said he decided to quit, and that was it............ ok.. glad that worked for him . He asks me at least 20 times a week when am I going to quit again. My replies have ranged to .. someday, never and when I'm ready.
He said are you going cold turkey? so i explained my plan. Told him I felt kind of spacey last time on the Chantix, and he said well some of that could be just getting rid of nicotine and toxins.
My daughter & husband came by yesterday. Told them I quit, they said they have been thinking about it, Prices going up, health etc. Said they should quit and we could all do it together... so I will see how they are doing.
I used a Committ lozenger, one lasted me All day..
Ok off to take a little walk outside, it is a beautiful sunny day.
