Hey WantToBeFree.Welcome. I haven't found this site to be at all stressful. It's sort of small and cozy, and we engage in virtual activities. Setup your stats, so that we can track your milestones. First, go to 'My profile' near the top of the page and setup your quit date..., and then go to 'Support Group Options' (also near the top) and setup more personal info that you may want us to know about you. Someone is always online to reply to any post. So post as often as you need to. Keep plenty of veggies and sugar-free gum and candy nearby. Drink plenty of ice, cold water. It help fill you, increase your metabolism, and clear your body of mucus.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 5/1/2009
Smoke-Free Days: 291
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 8,148
Amount Saved: $3,157.35
Life Gained:
Days: 32 Hrs: 17 Mins: 12 Seconds: 57

I quit smoking on 11/22/09, and have been using another online site for support.  That site is becoming more stressful than supportive, and it seems to be affecting my attitude.  I am looking for a more positive environment, because staying quit is the most important thing to me.
