thanks everyone. today is a pretty special day for me.if i make through today , and i will , i will have 1 week in as a non-smoker. what really makes it nice is the support i'm getting from my family. jim , i like texas' chances but getting past memphis will be tough. they are a weak shooting free throw team so maybe we just foul 'em and send 'em to the line a lot. of course we have to advance that far first. thank you all again for the help , you guys are great ! Congratulations on making it thru your first 5 days!! As far as the sports bar goes, I had to stay away from any triggers for the first couple of weeks. I had to wait till i felt mentally and physically strong enough and until i could trust myself. Stay strong! Hi Etta! I can't take credit for the label... I've seen it in other posts!!! Hey Mike... I can relate to staying away from the sports bar!!! I've been home and at work and to Home Depot a couple of times, and that is IT!!! I'll get brave and venture out to where the smokers lurk eventually!!! :) I looked at the 'Horns bracket and I'm betting on them getting to the Final Four! After that, who knows!!! I'm just hoping that we at least win a couple!!! Keep that battle going!!! NOPE!!!
