Jada, you are doing wonderfully!! Yep, its normal. I cried and cried and cried and well, cried some more. Then I yelled and yelled and yelled. NO biggie. Just told my family to keep away from me for a little bit. lol Trying to lighten the mood here. My daughter did though try to help me through my ups and downs. She knew I wanted this quit so badly and she knew what I was going through was normal but no one expected me to be a little unstable. My parents came over one day and well, said HI and I start crying real hard. My mom and dad got worried, left, and then went online to make sure what I was going through was normal. IT IS the said. So welcome to quitting smoking. It feel wonderful now that I'm way past that stage and fell like a non smoker again.
Hugs and keep up the great quit!!
