Good for you!!!! It takes guts to get right back up and go through it again, but its worth it! Even well intentioned spouses are hard to take during a Quit! My husband and I are both quitting. We had to stay out of each others way for a couple of weeks or more than smoking would have been hazardous to our health! WTG! Lynda

I'm on day 2!!! I made it and I'm so proud. I think I'll be able to kick it again. I'm just too happy to go back. No bad smell, no sneaking around, no shame. I love it. So what if I get cravings every now and then, they pass. Thanks for your input, boy does it ever help. Cigarettes Not Smoked

Well, finding this support group yesterday helped me decide that I'm not going to continue smoking after my slip Saturday night. I did smoke yesterday, but today I'm smoke free. Thank god for this site and all of you here that understand what I'm going through. My husband doesn't and he just makes me feel like **** and then I want to smoke even more. I haven't let him trigger me. I'll win this. Thanks everyone. I'm still having a hard time changing my meter because I can't get into my glove compartment. Can anyone tell me why?
