Lonely and lack of concentration.

Hello,

I'm Alex and i have been smoking since i was 14.(I'm turning 19 on march 6th) I was smoking half of pack of cigarettes a day. I decided to quit smoking because it was harder and harder for me to do exercises, i was exausted even when i was climbing the stairs...and of course to be more healthy - 14 days smoke free now. All good until the last two days when i started to feel very dizzy and sleepy during the day...i couldn't focus on anything. Also i feel very LONELY but i don't know why because i'm surrounded by my family and my friends almost all the time. Are these normal symptoms after two weeks of no smoking? (i'm sorry for my bad english)
