Thanks to everyone I am on day 25.  Yesterday was rough but I made it and am stronger because of it.
It won't be long and I will be at 1 month.

Hi Beckylynn,   how are you doing?   A few days before I hit a "milestone"... like 30 or 50 or 70 days.. I  get urges... I 'm not sure if they are strong enough to call them Craves.. they pop up.. and can get quite frustraiting at times..
 
  hang on tight.. they will go away... thoughts still pop in when least expected.. and you think  where did that come from.
 
   but Remeber  quits are LOST  with one puff... there is NO such thing.. so stay strong. 
 
I remember my first 30 + days... I got through them, but I am in NO hurry to repeat them
 
just tell yourself every mornng... Today I will Not smoke.  Find the parades and quit trains, shout out your stats.. and don't forget to reward Yourself... often..

Did not start out to good this morning.  Thought my quit was over, but with the help of  all here, I have made it.
I know the day is not over but day 24 is not going to be a flop.   I WILL stay quit today.
