Way to go Jacqui! I am keeping Wrigley Eclipse mints in business just by myself too. Yesterday, I found a strawberry in the garden, sun-ripened and I ate it. OMG, it was the best strawberry I have ever eaten. Good on you for doing the exercise - I'm just so lazy, I find it really hard to get motivated. Keep up your good work - 3 weeks will soon be 3 months. I am two months on Saturday and can't believe how quickly it's gone. Having an extra $700 for Christmas is all good too! Hi all.. i got here, I can't beleive it, since i started smoking 15 years ago I have NEER stopped for this length of time before....and it is FINALLY getting easiar as well ... YAY... When i was in those first few days i came here to read how others were coping so ill add my best tips here for any newbies that are lurking... A) i started doing 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle.... This really helped with keeping the mind busy whilst watching tv at ngiht time!! I am onto puzzle 2 now and i really enjoy doing them too... Would you believe LOL b) i ate and ate and ate and ate some more, and then i started thinking UH OH im gonna get fat aggghhhhhhhhhhhh. SO i bought an exercise bike and its great... it gives me something to do and really helps get rid of the cravings....as well as not making me feel so guilty bout how much i eating hehe, I am now doing 5km in morning and 5km at night and its great.... c) MINTS... i bought 200 and atre them all in the first week LOL... but they do erally help... SO THREE WEEKS IN, the times that I have felt the ABSOLUTE WOERST and REALLLLY wanted to smoke, was when i have scrapped with my hubby... (which i probably started in one of my BEST moods)... So i reckon if i can avoid any more huge scraps in the near future (he has now learnt to ignore me and walk away) i should stay on thistrain and keep kicking those BUTTS.... YEAH!!
