I always think that when there's a particular craving that keeps happening it helps to look at what it's about. Is it a time thing, like first thing in the morning, when you get in the car? or marking a transition, like after work, after a meal, before going to bed? Or to congratulate yourself, like finishing a project or part of something? Once you understand what is triggering it, then you can be prepared for it. Then, just plan a different action or reward for those times.
And then laugh at the junkie for fooling it. Unhooked, bless her heart is such an angry woman when it comes to the junkie ;p I prefer a more refined approach ;) Whatever approach you choose, you CAN be smarter than the junkie. Remember that!
