Good for you Cj3470! Eight days thru hell week and onwards and upowards. We're proud of you! That is all there is to it! Put one foot in front of the other and go day by day! Don't look back! Close the door on smoking forever and just go forward! Every quit is different. My last one was horrible too and this one, well it is my last, as you said you can feel it! If the going gets tough tell yourself, look how well you've done already and you can do it. Smoking is not an option! NOPE! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 165 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,125 Amount Saved: $1,740.75 Life Gained: Days: 20 Hrs: 6 Mins: 2 Seconds: 14

After going horribly wrong last year on a quit, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do this. I was worried that the cravings would get me, that I'd cheat like I did last year. A drag here and there, the odd smoke, when nobody was looking. It all seemed okay last year. This year, I made it all week without a drag! When I walked past a couple of smokers today, the smoke smelled disgusting. I felt so relieved! I think I'm finally going to make it! I don't want to smoke anymore! 1 Week and Counting!
