Good for you for giving voice to the dreaded crave in here.  Even more reason to clap yourself on the back for having steeled your way past the crave.....

So not worth it, but understand the thoughts.  You keep telling yourself why it would not be worth it, but also look in the mirror and the one looking back you would be so very sad and angry.  I have been there and it is so much easier to have a thought and NOT act on it than a thought that you acted on.  Like Den said not thanks to hell week.  Been there done that way to many times.  Thoughts can't hurt you, but your actions can.

Hey Tiffany
Stay Strong! It's not worth having to set that quit meter back to zero!
Imagine all those great stats disappearing?! I find the "craves" now are not so much physical craves as my brain (or addiction) trying to tell me that one cigarette would be soooo good right now. WRONG!
I would probably feel nauseas, light headed and shortly want "just one more" then the cycle begins again. Next thing you know I have to go thru HELL week all over again! NO THANKS!!!
Stay Strong - you are doing great!
