Doing a great job. Stay focused on other things. Don't let you mind drift towards smoking and if it does make yourself think of something else. you should be so proud. This is great! You are on the right path and we are here to assist and support. Your body is healing and what you are feeling is normal. Use relaxation techniques before bed and ease yourself into sleep. Take some you time and reward yourself for coming this far in the journey! Josie, Support Specialist

Oh yea. I was the opposite. I actually slept better the first few weeks. I did not get up as soon as my eyes opened to go have a smoke. I was able to relax and fall back to sleep. It;s a great feeling. I must agree I thought quitting was going to be much harder. I went cold turkey a month ago and after the first few days I have really no cravings. Just houghts here and there and triggers here and there. that's all. They are no big deal though. Nice to hear and keep up the good work :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/12/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 725 Amount Saved: $145.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 16 Mins: 18 Seconds: 43

Congrats on the 15 days, way to go, you are doing this:) In the beginning we you can notice all kinds of stuff like sleeping, but it will level off and you will be a non smoker :) Hang tough Tresa My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/8/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1798 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 35,960 Amount Saved: $6,293.00 Life Gained: Days: 253 Hrs: 12 Mins: 26 Seconds: 42

Well so far, I've completed day 15 without too much cravings. I have a hard time sleeping through the night though. Is this normal. It feels free for some reason. Like I can do this. My hubby has even gone out with the kids over the weekend and left me at home alone and I took a nap instead of sneaking a smoke. What a feeling.
