Just try to remember your reasons for quitting in the first place, and use some coping mechanisms...drink water, deep breathing, chew gum/candy/straws, cry, scream, rant, post JUST DON'T SMOKE! aekvall, This is normal and you can't just sit around and let it get to you :) Put those coping mechanisms into place and try avoidance and distraction. Whatever works do it!
