Hey Mike!!!

I know EXACTLY what you were scared of last football season!     Luckily, your fright went away with a good win from your 'Horns!  This year though, you better get a little scared again!  I'm thinking Sooners win big this year!!!  Soooo, keep your coping skills honed, buddy!!!

     BOOMER SOONER!!!

Great observation, Mike.  I am put at ease when remembering that we will face 70,000 triggers in our first year of quit.....In other words, be ready for anything :(

I have another new trigger to work through this week with my first plane trip as a non-smoker.  I am prepared for the long, dull day with plenty of reading and chewables.

Keep the quit, ya'll!

Dave
