I always appricate hearing from you. You helped me so much you got me through many a tough day I always remember one day in patuclar I cried all the way to work when I got to work I posted and told you all my tale of woe and you and Nonic very kindly got me through one of the worst times I have had since I quit smoking  I was so grateful to get an answer because when I post from work and  it's very early in the morning in your neck of the woods so getting a reply was somthing else.
