Hey all, I've noticed a lot of people on here coddle people trying to quit. When I quit I had no one to help me, I just woke up, put on a patch for like a few days, and stopped using that bad boy too. Exercise and your own willpower are the only cures to quitting smoking....nothing else, especially rewards.... please, every day you're not feeling like crap from the stupid things is reward enough.... a little harsh some might say, well maybe so...... but smokers are always hiding behind some little excuse, so I believe being a little harsh is the right cure..... Post & prove me wrong p.s. I know this post might spark some controversy, it's not my intention to start crap, it's my intention to spark peoples imagination/willpower! Josh.... Smoke free & lovin it!!!!
