Sounds like the perfect solution Jan - I have learned to LOVE naps! I'm not sure if the kitties want to go for a walk though. This is the time to take care of "Jan". Congrats on day 1! This will definitely be my last quit. Yours too, right Sparky? I'm plugging along ok today, no real complaints except I'm just so darn tired. Even with the patch on I'm still tired. Carbon monoxide withdrawal, right? I'm not complaining. I love a good nap. I will however, make sure my beagles get a good long walk tonight. That will help too. Plus a bunch of good tv shows, and lots of posting right here!!!! Cheers everyone, Jan My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 0 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 0 Amount Saved: $0 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 0 Mins: 0 Seconds: 0

My patch is on, and I'm sipping on coffee while I'm posting. Boy I've forgotten how tired/groggy I felt during the first few days. I don't have to be up at the school until 11:30, so guess who's going for a wee sleep? Me, me, me....and my beagles. And River, yes, my floppy eared girls love nothing more than a belly rub. And if spending all that wonderful time with them keeps me smoke free, well then, count me in!!!! Good morning to you, Sparky. How's your day going so far? And thanks everyone, for all the wonderful support. Thanks Phil, I'm feeling pretty good this morning. Not cocky though, because I KNOW how quickly the moods can change. I'm just thankful for every happy moment I have right now. GOOD MORNING JAN!!!! Here we go one day at a time. Wish I could have coffee, but I am not allowed anything to drink until the test is over. I am with you on not being cocky. I am just so happy to be back smoke free. We can enjoy the moment for now. So let's make this our final quit ;) one day or five minutes at a time.
