There you go Penquin. You've got the right attitude now. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. If you get into a bind and need help, post, post and post. Yell for help and help will be there. I'm proud of you. Keep marching forward. You are doing great! :gasp: Pay no attention to her.... Pam.. the broom is only for people that slip and smoke. Penquin is a non-smoker now. She isn't smoking anymore. This is day one of the rest of her smoke free life! *****taking my broom back and leaving***** (mumbling on my way out) I only use it on those that shouldn't be smoking anyway.... My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 299 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,993 Amount Saved: $1046.5 Life Gained: Days: 26 Hrs: 9 Mins: 50 Seconds: 58

:8o: Just for the record, I DO NOT HAVE a broom! I am not mean. I just try to help people that seem to be having a hard time. I merely try to help those struggling see where things are going wrong. I hate this horrible addiction and want to help everyone I can break free just as others have helped me. When I was early in my quit and posted for help, others came to my rescue. I'm just paying it forward :) No broom.... Hope your day is going well Penquin. Sunshine... Its all in good fun. I've been known to chase a couple of slippers with my broom a time or two and it is because I care. You did not offend me in any way. The only way you could offend me would be to smoke. :) How is it going Penquin????? Check in with us. We are here for you. Lady, We all know that the broom is used because you care. It has helped many of us get back to where we need to be, which is on track and focused on NOT smoking. If it weren't for you and your "broom" and the brooms of many here, I probably would still be smoking. So even though we all may tease, it is affectionate teasing because we know that the broom is what helped us to quit and stay quit. Penquin, I hope that the "broom" has helped you too to finally get on track. Learn from those who have gone before you that you CAN do this and that it DOES get better. Hang on because you're in for the ride of your life! Look, there goes Lady ;p Crave the Quit!
