Still here and still smoke free. Looking forward to that 100 day mark. I haven't had a puff since Dec. 3 and I'm proud to be a Holiday Breaker. I knew if I could get through the holidays without smoking I wouldn't be able to use that old situational stress excuse on myself. That you for keeping this group together and I would like to see all the other December quitters post. I hope everyone is doing well in their quit. If they aren't....this sure isn't an exclusive club because most of us have tried and failed to keep a quit many times. We are cigarette addicts and if we are going to stop we can not have one puff. Luci-Lou. Just make sure you climb right back on this quit waggon. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off and come on and quit again. Quitting is a decision you will not ever regret. Hi Aunt Sissy, Well, I'm sorry to say I am no longer a Breaker...I finished with the patch a couple weeks ago, started a new job, and took up smoking again... I've set a new quit date for this coming Sunday. I'm really proud of you all, and if only I were a little stronger, I would be right here with you.
