In February my mood had a significant improvement. Antidepressants and CBT have been of great help. On the other hand I am having persistent insomnia. Now I am considering CBT for insomnia (CBT-I) and I have already ordered a self-help book.
 
What have been helping me to relax are the yoga and meditation practices that I am doing after work.
 
I am reviewing my goals often and advancing in small steps.
