Hi Vincenza. I agree with you. Talking about our feelings is always positive and can contribute for one getting better from depression One example is these forums where people share their experiences and talk openly about depression.

Myth: Talking about depression only makes it worse.
 
Fact: Talking through feelings may help you feel better and family and friends may understand you better. Talking about your depression and feelings is a sign that you are ready to deal with your depression and learn how to live a happy, healthy life. So talk, talk, talk…..
