I find it difficult to deal with loss. If you do, it may be easier to use one of those websites that measure your time online, so you can do it gradually.
It might be hard on you, and of course many posting and not posting will be affected by your loss, especially if it's sudden.
I can't list the website link, since it's against the policy, but I'm sure if I can find it with my limited computer literacy, you'll find a way of easing out of the site with less impact to all of us, and yourself, because you have a big heart
