Good for you for getting through this Bren!

It sounds like you did a good job relaxing yourself.

What did you learn about yourself from this experience?

I woke up again last night at 11pm, with numbness in my hip and legs,i was afraid i would wind up paralized,so that started to anxiety attack,i got up,tried to drink some hot tea,,but i was so nauseated i couldnt..
I lay flat on my stomach, put ice packs on my lower back area, started some slow streching, and deep breathing, and an hr later i started feeling better, went back to bed,and fell back to sleep..
