What great news! It is so good to hear that you are working through the program, and that you are feeling more positive and confident as a result. Good for you! Perhaps a reward is in order...treat yourself you deserve it!
I have now completed some of the panic simulation exercises successfully. I am amazed at the results! When I started these exercises I found impossible to do the 'shake your head' exercise. The first time I tried it it almost triggered a panic attack and I was very scared of trying it again. But I kept doing the exercise and after a few weeks of practice my fear level went done to practically zero. As a consequence I feel much more positive and confident about the effects this program is going to have on my life!
